Evonik’s has over 50 years’ experience in the research, development and manufacture of specialty silica. Their versatile SIPERNAT® range is used in a whole array of different industries for an ever increasing number of applications. These fine, inert precipitates are entirely inorganic and are composed of approximately 99% silicon dioxide (SiO2). SIPERNAT® has long been used to facilitate manufacturing processes and enhance the performance of end products. Its unique physical characteristics mean that it is often unrivalled when it comes to improving properties such as flowability and anti-caking in powders. Additionally, SIPERNAT® is used to convert difficult to handle liquids into free flowing powders, this is particularly common in the Agrichemical industry for the production of wettable powders and water dispersible granules.
