Silglow is based on a translucent silica glass grain which is manufactured synthetically in an electric arc at 2000’C. It is then coated with a special inorganic substance.

This material is responsible for the phosphorescent afterglow seen when a light source is removed with two colours available - green and blue. The material is available in four different grain sizes from 0.1mm to 5 mm.
